U.S.-based real estate investment advisor L&B Realty Advisors LLC. plans to renovate its One Biscayne Tower, an office building in downtown Miami.
L&B Realty Advisors will invest approximately $10 million in the renovation project of its tower.
The new facility, which is 14,000 square feet, will be occupied by U.S. law firm Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney in April.
The renovation plans will include modernizing the main entrance, lobby and interior common areas with new lighting and seating as well as add a new conference centre.
