U.S. warehousing and logistics company Lineage Logistics LLC has completed the acquisition of rival Emergent Cold.
To conclude the transaction, Lineage Logistics paid $900 million to purchase Emergent Cold.
The acquisition solidifies Lineage Logistics’ presence in the Asia-Pacific region and amplifies its port-centric network.
The deal, which was first revealed in November, marks Lineage Logistics' entry into the Australia, New Zealand, and Sri Lanka markets, further expanding its reach.
