U.S. Lingerfelt Commonwealth Partners offloads hotel properties for $92.5 mln

U.S.-based real estate investment trust Lingerfelt Commonwealth Partners has divested its five hotel properties in Orlando, Atlanta and Charlotte and North Carolina to hotel operator ADI Global for $92.5 million.

The two Florida properties include Fairfield Inn & Suites and Fairfield Inn.

The other two Atlanta-area hotels also consist of DoubleTree and Hampton Inn.

Lingerfelt Commonwealth acquired the hotels in 2015 for $68.5 million and invested $8.5 million on renovation.
