Massachusetts-based Locus Robotics, an autonomous mobile robots developer, has secured $26 million in a Series C financing round.

Locus Robotics raised the new funds from Zebra Technologies' strategic investment arm, Zebra Ventures, and Scale Venture Partners.

The company plans to use the new capital to expand its sales and marketing efforts, both in North America and internationally, as well as scale the production of its multi-bot solution for warehouse fulfillment.

The latest capital infusion brings Locus Robotics' total investment secured since its interception to over $66 million.
