U.S. venture capital firm Ludlow Ventures has secured $45 million for its third fund.

The company plans to use the funds to continue investing in founders seeking pre-seed and seed funds.

Ludlow Ventures has raised a total of $105 million across three funds.

The company generates approximately $15.4 million in revenue annually.
