U.S. office buildings operator Mainstreet CV North 40 LLC, a joint venture between real estate investment firm Mainstreet Capital Partners and CarVal Investors, has divested a pair of neighbouring office buildings in Boca Raton, Florida.

Mainstreet CV North 40 sold the buildings to PG Mainstreet North Forty LLC, managed by Mainstreet Capital Partners and an unidentified partner, for $68.35 million.

Both properties have 352,043 square feet of leasable office space that include large common areas and atriums.

That means the price equated to $194 per square foot.
