U.S. Matter RE starts building $70 mln Las Vegas industrial property

U.S. real estate (RE) development company Matter Real Estate Group has broken ground on its latest Las Vegas-area industrial and warehouse project with a total investment of $70 million.

The planned industrial property, expected to have five buildings ranging in size from 11,000 to 478,000 square feet, will be known as Matter Logistics Center at West Cheyenne.

Located in the growing North Las Vegas submarket, the light distribution project, being built on a site of more than 41 acres, will address the need for the small and mid-bay product.

The five buildings, totaling 725,000 square feet, will offer warehouse, distribution, office and showroom space. The project is slated for completion in February 2020.
