Mattiq, a Chicago-based materials design and development company, has secured $15 million in a seed funding round.
The seed investment round was spearheaded by venture capital firm Material Impact.
In connection with the latest financing round, Material Impact will join Mattiq’s board of directors.
Mattiq intends to allocate the money raised from the financing round towards expanding its development efforts.
