MCA Realty, a U.S. commercial real estate investment firm, has acquired Equus Business Center, an industrial property in Las Vegas, Nevada, for 37.5 million euros ($42 million).

The firm purchased the 357,608 square feet property, which is currently 89 percent occupied by a diverse range of more than 170 tenants, from a private investor.

MCA Realty is planning to rebrand the multi-tenant property as Central Seven Commerce Center.

Recently, the firm sold the final unit in its Wigwam Jones Industrial Park asset in the Southwest submarket of Las Vegas for $1.1 million.
