U.S.-based oil and gas company Millbrae Energy Ventures, unit of Millbrae Energy, is expecting to bag $80 million in funding round.
The fundraising, with about $41.37 million more, is open.
Millbrae said that the minimum investment for its offering was set at $50,000.
Investments will come from venture capital firms, funds and angels, leasing firms and venture lenders.
