Mimeo, a New York-based print on demand and digital distribution document company, plans to build its headquarters in Memphis.
Mimeo will also inject $16 million into the Mid-South by establishing its headquarters there.
The company plans to expand its current facilities and the project is expected to create 300 jobs.
Mimeo generates a revenue of $113 million annually.
