UK-based anti-financial crime artificial technology platform Mimiro has concluded with $30 million in Series B funding round.

The round was led U.S. venture capital firm Index Ventures with participation from existing investor Balderton Capital.

With the net aid, Mimiro will advance the global expansion of its machine-learning platform for analysing the risk of financial crime.

As part of the round, Index Ventures will join Mimiro’s board of directors.
