Montgomery Housing Partnership, a U.S. real estate developer, has acquired Worthington Woods, a garden-style apartment community in Washington, D.C.

Located at 4419 3rd Str. S.E., the property features a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging in size between 320 square feet and 716 square feet.

Montgomery Housing paid $37 million to buy Worthington Woods from a joint venture of WCSmith and Aldon Torch.

Since the beginning of the year, Greysteel has sold 839 multi-family units within the District of Columbia’s 7th and 8th Wards for a total of $82 million.
