U.S. investment bank Morgan Stanley has secured a further $104.25 million in capital commitments for its maiden India focused infrastructure fund.

Morgan Stanley aims to secure a total commitment of $750 million for the fund, North Haven India Infrastructure Fund.

More so, the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank is planning to commit up to $150 million to North Haven India Infrastructure Fund.

The fund will invest in sectors including energy and utilities, transportation and logistics, telecommunications, broadband, urban public-private partnership projects, healthcare and education, among others.
