U.S. Morgan Stanley raises stake in CMS Energy with $115 mln investment

New York-based investment banking company Morgan Stanley has raised its stake in energy company CMS Energy Co. by 370.6 percent.

Morgan Stanley now owns 2.3 million shares of CMS Energy’s stock after acquiring further 1.8 million shares.

The company now owns approximately 0.83 percent of CMS Energy worth $115 million at the end of the transaction.

In May 2018, Morgan Stanley bought a $40 Million stake in Chinese Solar Firm Daqo New Energy.
