U.S.-based bottled water and soft drinks Niagara Bottling is planning to build a new bottling and distribution facility in Temple City, Texas.
Niagara will invest at least $90 million into the new facility over two phases, creating at least 70 jobs.
The company will get $2.8 mln in funding from the city to help in installing water and wastewater lines to support the project.
The project is expected to be completed in 2020 and 2022.
