U.S. construction company North South Construction is planning to build a hotel in Tupper Lake, New York.
Currently, the company is in the design and site development phase for either a Hilton or InterContinental Hotels Group hotel.
The hotel will feature 75 rooms, an indoor pool, a breakfast dining area, fitness room, small market, a business center, and an outdoor patio.
The project has been predicted to cost approximately $10 million to construct.
