U.S. financial services company Northern Trust Corp has acquired a stake in shares of drugmaker Amneal Pharmaceuticals Inc.

Northern Trust Corp acquired 1.1 million shares of Amneal’s stock, valued at approximately $19.2 million.

Amneal Pharmaceuticals Inc. has $77.2 million in revenue annually.

Northern Trust Corp has $6.3 billion in revenue annually.
