U.S. digital sports-media startup Overtime has bagged $23 million in Series B funding.

The round was led by Spark Capital with participation from MSG Networks, Sapphire Ventures, Macro Ventures, and Andreessen Horowitz.

The latest round, which values Overtime at around $100 million, brings total funding to $33.5 million.

With the net funds, Overtime will shift its headquarters into a new 15,000 square foot office space in Brooklyn as well as to expand its content footprint and diversify its revenue base.
