U.S.-based wireless tower company TowerCo has formed a new alliance with private equity firm Peppertree Capital Management, run by rival Peppertree Capital Inc.
Under the collaboration, Peppertree committed $300 million of equity capital to fund TowerCo's future growth.
Following the close of the deal, TowerCo will retain all of its assets including its management team.
U.S.-based financial brokerage services Alpina Capital LLC acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the TowerCo on the collaboration.
