U.S.-based financial services company Perella Weinberg has asked rivals Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan to lead its initial public offering (IPO).

The IPO could value Perella at around $1.5 billion or roughly three times its annual sales.

Ahead of the IPO, Perella Weinberg is preparing to separate its asset-management division.

Perella Weinberg said that the IPO could be filed by the end of the year.
