Seattle-based Picket, a provider of technology and services for residential real estate investing, management, and resident experience, has secured $20 million in Series B financing. The funding round was led by LL Funds, with participation from RET Ventures, which also led Picket's Series A round. Picket's platform offers robust data and analytics for real estate investors to identify, evaluate, acquire, and manage single-family rental properties across various markets. The company will utilize the funding to accelerate innovation and expand technology-enabled services for investors and rental home residents.

Picket's end-to-end investing platform, created by a team of technology and real estate industry leaders, analyzes supply and demand dynamics in over twenty five rental markets nationwide. It automatically evaluates the investment potential of more than fifty million single-family properties, providing investors with rental and sale valuations, expense and return models, and neighborhood-level data. Picket's fully digital leasing process, smart home technology, online bill pay, work order management, dedicated resident services team, and custom mobile app enhance the quality of life for rental residents. The Series B investment from LL Funds, a Philadelphia-based finance and technology firm, will support Picket's next phase of growth. The company aims to transform the real estate investing and living experience in single-family rental homes.
