U.S. Plum Healthcare to build nursing facility with $22.5 mln financing

U.S.-based nursing facilities operator Plum Healthcare Group, LLC plans to construct a new skilled nursing facility in Walnut Creek, California.

Plum Healthcare Group will invest approximately $22.5 million to build the nursing facility.

The facility, which will consist of 59 private rooms, will also render short-term, high-acuity rehabilitation services.

U.S.-based BMO Harris Healthcare Real Estate Finance acted as the sole lender for the facility.
