U.S. hotel management company Point Hospitality plans to invest approximately $20 million to refurbish Flamingo Hotel, a hotel and casino in Santa Rosa, California.

Point Hospitality said that it plans to move the lobby entrance of the 170-room hotel so that when guests are checking in, they will be able to view the whole pool scene.

In addition, the company intends to modernize Flamingo Hotel’s nightlife, by adding a bar at the pool and revamping the restaurant and nightclub.

Furthermore, Point Hospitality also aims to add health and wellness activities like yoga and pilates to amplify the existing 3,000-member Montecito Heights Health Club. The refurbishments will start in early in 2020 and expected to be wrapped up by summertime.
