California-based Portworx, a cloud-native storage and data management solutions provider for containers, has raised 20.5 million pounds ($27 million) in a Series C funding round.

The round was co-led by Sapphire Ventures and Mubadala Investment Co.’s venture arm, with new backers Cisco Investments, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and NetApp joining Mayfield Fund and GE Ventures.

To date, Portworx has nabbed a total of $55.5 million in over three funding rounds.

Annually, the company generates around $2 million in revenue.
