U.S.-based survey software company Qualtrics files for a $200 million initial public offering (IPO).

Qualtrics wants to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker XM.

The company has raised around $450 million in venture capital money from U.S.-based venture capital firm Accel, Insight Venture Partners, and Sequoia Capital.

In the first six months of this year, Qaultrics had booked $184.2 million in revenue. In last year’s period, it booked $121.4 million in revenue.
