U.S.-based commercial real estate company R&R Realty Group has inaugurated the Westfield Campus, an office complex in West Des Moines, Iowa.
The Westfield Campus, which is made up of two 80,000 square foot wings connected by a central atrium, cost $39 million to build.
The complex features heated underground parking, a fitness room, rooftop patio, coffee bar and food truck court.
Moreso, the campus also consists of amenities such as an abundance of natural light provided by floor-to-ceiling windows and plenty of indoor plants.
