U.S.-based real estate investment trust DivcoWest plans to acquire a 15 story office building in New York, owned by peers William Macklowe Co. and Principal Real Estate Investors.

Under the terms of the deal, DivcoWest will pay $130 million for the 186,000 square foot Midtown office tower to William Macklowe and Principal Real Estate.

U.S.-based real estate developer Cushman & Wakefield's team is acting as a marketing agent to the property.

In 2015, William Macklowe Co. and Principal Real Estate Investors purchased the assets for $107 million from U.S.-based real estate company Atlas Capital.
