U.S. Recros Medica close to raising $10 mln in equity financing

U.S. healthcare equipment developer Recros Medica Inc. is close to raising $10 million in equity financing.

Recros Medica, which has secured a total of $10.4 million in over two funding rounds, has published form D.

The company was able to sell $4.12 million so far, that is 41.22 percent of the offering.

The fundraising still has around $5.88 million more and is not closed yet.
