U.S.-based Riverside Acceleration Capital Fund II LP is nearing to raise $150 million in funding.

Riverside Acceleration Capital Fund II LP, a fund of enterprise software companies-focused investment firm Riverside Acceleration Capital, has raised $57.17 million so far.

That is 38.11 percent of the $150 million private offering.

The company has submitted form D for the offering which has $92.83 million left to be secured.
