U.S.-based e-commerce platform RumbleOn has subsequently closed on the acquisitions of Wholesale, an automobile vehicles distributor and peer Wholesale Express.
The acquisition closed at an aggregate amount of $23 million.
With the acquisitions, RMBL is adding significant reach to its existing online marketplace.
