U.S.-based real estate company Sanctuary Cos. and rival Varden Properties plan to invest about $280 million to develop the Eastpark Village in Kennesaw, Georgia.
The mixed-use project will comprise of 850 residential units and about 300,000 square feet of office, retail and commercial space and a village green.
The project will break ground this month and be completed in three years.
U.S.-based realty firm The Meridian Real Estate Group and Keller Williams Realty Signature Partners represented the developers in acquiring 65 parcels for Eastpark Village.
