U.S.-based marine and support transportation services provider SEACOR Marine Holdings Inc has agreed to buy three platform supply vessels from COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry (Zhoushan) Co Ltd, the Chinese unit of shipping and logistics company COSCO Shipping Group.

The deal will be approximately $46 million, of which 30 percent will be paid in cash and 70 percent paid under a four-year payment deal.

SEACOR said that part the deal will be funded in the first quarter of 2019 with the balance per vessel to be paid upon physical delivery of each vessel, which includes Rolls Royce UT771CDL.

Currently, the companies expect the vessels to be delivered on September 30, 2019, January 30, 2020, and April 30, 2020.
