U.S. security and protection company The Brink’s Co. has bought Rodoban, a Brazilian cash-in-transit, money processing and automated teller machine services provider, for around $130 million in cash.

Brink’s said that the purchase of Rodoban will extend its current operations service reach in Brazil and boost the company’s route density.

The purchase of Rodoban is anticipated to be accretive to net income in 2019.

Rodoban reported revenue of about $78 million and adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization of about $17 million, over the last twelve months.
