New York-based Splice, a cloud-based music creation and collaboration platform, has completed its $57.5 million Series C funding round.

Existing backers Union Square Ventures and True Ventures led the round along with DFJ Growth, Flybridge, and Lerer Hippeau.

The new round brings the company’s total amount secured to date to about $102 million.

In February last year, Splice acquired U.S. music startup Indaba Media.
