Stagwell Group, a U.S.-based advertising and marketing platform, has raised $260 million in funding.
The funds were raised from investment funds managed by Dutch private equity investor AlpInvest Partners.
The new investment will support Stagwell’s strategy of building a network of innovative marketing and research companies.
U.S. financial services provider Mercury Capital Advisors served as the exclusive financial advisor to Stagwell.
