U.S. online musical instruments retailer Sweetwater Sound is building and equipping a new warehousing facility and conference center with a $76 million investment.
The company said that the project which is expected to create more than 1,000 jobs, has had its investment grow to $83 million.
Sweetwater Sound is receiving assistance from the Allen County Council, which has unanimously approved more than $2 million in property tax incentives for the project.
The company has also received up to $9 million in conditional tax credits and training grants for the project from the Indiana Economic Development Corp.
