California-based technology giant Google has agreed to purchase Israeli enterprise data pipeline platform Alooma.

The transaction, subject to closing conditions, is estimated to be between $100 million to $150 million.

Google said that the acquisition of Alooma is a natural fit that allows it to offer customers a streamlined, automated migration experience to Google Cloud.

Alooma noted that being part of Google Cloud will help transform its customers to be more data-driven and successful.
