Terreno Realty Corp., a U.S. industrial real estate investment trust company, has bought an industrial property located in Los Angeles, California.

Terreno Realty purchased the asset, which is 90 percent leased to seven tenants, for a total purchase price of around $18.1 million.

The industrial property comprises of five industrial buildings containing circa 53,000 square feet on approximately 1.9 acres adjacent to the Downtown Los Angeles Arts District.

More so, the buildings are at 130-134 and 140-148 South Anderson Street, 1319 Mono Street and 135-151 South Utah Street and provide 11 grade-level loading positions as well as parking for 83 cars.
