TH Real Estate, a real estate unit of U.S.-based investment firm Nuveen, has raised $330 million for its maiden fund, TH Real Estate U.S. Strategic Industrial Fund I LP.
The investments came from institutional investors, individuals and financial advisors, reflecting company's diversified investment strategy.
The new fund aims to acquire and develop industrial assets in major U.S. industrial markets.
The fund will also invest in well-located properties in industrial markets, as well as re-development opportunities and traditional logistics facilities.
