CAF Capital Partners, a U.S.-based private equity real estate firm has bought The Heights at Campfire Crossing, an apartment complex in Garland.
Under the deal, an affiliate of the CAF Cos., the umbrella company for both CAF Capital Partners and CAF Management, acquired the asset, constructed in 2016, from U.S. multifamily real estate developer The Worthing Cos.
The property, valued at $58.5 million, is located at 1759 W Campbell Road and has units ranging from one to three bedrooms as well as 757 square feet to 2,173 square feet.
Furthermore, CAF Capital Partners has already rebranded the 399-unit apartment complex as The Hendry.
