U.S.-based real estate development, leasing and management firm Thor Equities Group has completed the purchase of its first property in Austin, Texas.
The property was acquired for approximately $16 million.
Currently, the property is 100 percent occupied by a variety of tenants including Saatva, Skull Mechanix, Fuse Architecture Studio, and Ignite Fitnez.
In 2015 and 2016, Thor expanded its European holdings with the acquisition of 9 Puerta del Sol and 11 Puerta del Sol in Madrid, and 26 Via della Spiga in Milan.
