California-based disruptive technology company Tibit Communications is expecting to secure about $26 million in financing.
Tibit Communications, which filed form D regarding an offering, has sold $16 million so far.
The fundraising still has about $10 million more and is open.
The commitments are expected to come from angels venture capital, firms and funds.
