U.S. Tiger Global acquires $89.5 mln stake in India's NinjaCart

U.S. asset manager Tiger Global Management LLP. has acquired a stake in NinjaCart, an Indian marketing and delivery platform for agricultural produce.

Tiger Global Management infused $89.5 million for the 26.5 percent stake in NinjaCart.

The transaction valued NinjaCart at approximately $320 million.

Furthermore, NinjaCarthas has secured a total of $139.5 million in over six funding rounds.
