U.S. casinos and gaming operator Triple Crown Casinos has announced arrangements for a $30 million to $40 million extension bid, as part of a scheme to offer a modernized hospitality experience and upgrade its appeal to all market segments.

The proposed Triple Crown scheme will add about 150 guest rooms, bordering its Brass Ass Casino, to add to Triple Crown’s current accommodations at the Midnight Rose Hotel Casino and JP McGills Hotel and Casino.

The arrangement will also include an upscale rooftop restaurant, a ballroom, convention or meeting room space, and other amenities. The project is also expected to grasp more tourism business and create more job opportunities for local residents.

The 140,000 square-foot expansion plan is expected to start the building process in spring, 2019.
