U.S.-based gaming accessory manufacturer Turtle Beach is expecting to take over German personal computer (PC) accessory maker Roccat.

The purchase price is considered at about $19.3 million, which price point breaks down to $14.8 million in cash, $1 million in stock or cash, and about $3.4 million in earn-out payments.

With the acquisition, Turtle Beach will expand its footprint in the lucrative PC gaming market.

The takeover is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2019 and will add approximately $20 million to $24 million to Turtle Beach’s 2019 revenue.
