U.S. Twenty Lake affiliate acquires $15.2 mln Soundview Plaza in Stamford

An entity affiliated with Twenty Lake Holdings, a U.S. real estate investment and management company, has completed the purchase of Soundview Plaza in Stamford, Connecticut for $15.2 million.

Located at 1266 E. Main St., the seven-story building includes a three-story atrium lobby and common-area amenities such as a cafeteria, fitness facility, conference center and covered parking structure.

Twenty Lake Holdings' unit acquired the asset, situated at exit 9 off Interstate 95, from Barings, which completed the deal on behalf of its institutional investors.

The new owner intends to begin a capital improvement program at the 179,000-square-foot property, which was 88 percent leased at the time of sale.
