U.S. healthcare services provider University Hospitals intends to commence construction on a $17 million modern outpatient health center in Madison Township, Richland County, Ohio.

The new 30,000-square-foot ambulatory health center will house urgent care and several other services.

The company said that the UH Samaritan Richland Health Center will allow it to meet the increased demand for outpatient services and provide primary and specialty care in Richland County communities.

The services on the first floor will include urgent care, laboratory, radiology, physical therapy and community space for educational needs, including screenings. Whereas the second floor will have office suites for specialists and primary care physicians.
