Hotel Equities, a U.S.-based hotel management and development company, has created a strategic alliance with private equity firm Virtua Partners.
Virtua Partners is making a series of investments totalling more than $500 million into Hotel Equities' hospitality platform.
Hotel Equities will use the new capital to fuel growth through hotel management company acquisitions, organic growth and strategic investments into various hospitality assets.
Hotel Equities said that this capital infusion allows it to expand its platform as it grows through acquisitions and organic growth.
