Audioburst, a California-based voice search platform provider, raised $10 million in funding, bringing the company's current funding to $25 million.

Investors in the funding include Dentsu, Hyundai Motor Company, Samsung Ventures, Nippon Broadcasting Inc. and Advanced Media Inc.

With the net proceeds from the round, Audioburst will construct a unique advertising and in-car voice-based experiences with its two brands.

As part of the funding, Dentsu will work closely with Audioburst to build a new market for personalized audio as an effective advertising channel for brands in Japan.
